AI-Driven Content Creation
Our AI technology, directed by content authors, utilizes data like Users, Groups, Celebrations, Articles, Pages, Badges, Shoutouts, Events, Surveys, and Calendars to generate and optimize content. For example, AI can create an article summarizing the company's weekly activities based on relevant data inputs.
Data Privacy and AI Ethics:
Cleary's commitment to ethical AI practices includes rigorous data privacy measures. We ensure:
- No customer data is used for training or improving Cleary's or third-party AI models.
- Regular evaluation and update of AI technology and models.
- All data processed by Cleary AI is within US-based data centers, ensuring consistency with our data privacy standards.
Model Providers and Hosting:
Cleary’s AI models are hosted internally or externally:
- Internally Hosted Models: Models like Anthropic are hosted within our AWS data center. Data is not exposed to any third parties, including the model developers.
- Externally Hosted Models: Models such as OpenAI are hosted externally. These models may temporarily retain data for trust, safety, and legal compliance. Data is not used for training or improvements.

- OpenAI (external)
We evaluate and update our AI technology periodically and models used to support Cleary AI may change from time to time.
Admin Controls:
Only super admins and Cleary admins can alter the default AI model.
