Cleary has a Notion OAuth2 app that can be connected to your Notion account. Follow the steps below to get it done.
- Make sure that you have Notion Owner's permission
- Make sure that you have Cleary IT Admin permission

- Open the App Integrations page https://you-company-subdomain.gocleary.com/admin/app_integrations
- Expand the Search section and you should see the Notion install button
- Click on Install
- You’re going to be redirected to the Notion App to authorize it
- Then, choose the pages you want to allow Cleary to access it. Make sure that you set the spaces you want to allow people to search in, otherwise, it’ll search in all pages you have access to, including Private pages.
- Then you are going to be redirected back to the App Integrations page in Cleary. Expand the search section again and make sure that a successful installation message appears:
- Now when searching, users will see a Notion section that includes Notion pages from the space you enabled.
