To begin, head to a page and click on the embed icon on the formatting bar:
After clicking embed, you’ll have the option of embedding via URL, code, or by uploading a file.
- Tip 💡: Make sure the file your embedding has sharing settings that match the audience of the page your editing!
Once embedded, you’ll be able to resize your embed by dragging the edges of the embed in Cleary.
Embedding via URL
Embedding a Google Doc
One of the most popular ways to embed via URL is with a Google doc.
Before embedding, make sure that your doc is shared with the right audience by customizing the share options on the top right!
You may also want to remove the toolbar for a cleaner look. To do so, in your doc simply click View → Full Screen and copy the url at the top.
Once done, simply copy the url of the file and paste by clicking embed → by url in pages.
