To begin, navigate to Admin → App Integrations on Cleary and input your tenant ID (Instructions for finding tenant ID here)
Install Cleary Bot in Microsoft Teams
This action is needed to complete the configuration of Microsoft teams in Cleary.
a. Download the production SDK .zip file here (the other files are for demo, staging, and demo environments).
b. Open your team at https://teams.microsoft.com/
c. Mouse hover into your org's Team, click the three dots on the right corner, then Manage team like the image below:
- Click on Apps
- Then, click on More Apps
- Click on Manage your Apps, this button is near the left sidebar, in the bottom left corner
- Click on Upload an App
- Click on Upload an App to your organization's app catalog.
- Select the Cleary production .zip file from before (or pre, staging, or demo .zip) and upload.
- Wait until the app is installed (this could take 5-10 minutes)
- Click in the app, click on the right arrow button next to the Add button, and select Add to a team. Sometimes instead of a dropdown, the button will become Add to a Team without a dropdown.
- Select your Team's "General" channel and click on Set up a bot.
- After that, you can go to your Cleary app and click on the confirmation button under Admin -> IT Admin

Q: Does this integration work for private channels?
A: At the moment, it's not possible to sync Cleary to private Team channels.
