Purpose
Skills typically embody the company values and are utilized for sending shoutouts. These should change fairly infrequently after initial launch.
Set-up
You will need to reach out to the team at Cleary in order to add or edit any skills. The following information will be required:
Creating Skill Types
Cleary supports the ability to set up multiple types of Skills with custom names to support use cases like Language, Certification, Skills, and Programming Languages. Skill Types will appear on Employees' profiles in their own sections (see image below):
Adding new Skills
- Name: this will display to users in shoutouts.
- Description: this will also display to users in shoutouts.
